Your visit, step by step

1. Share your priorities

Tell us which service you are considering, what matters to you, your preferred dates and any relevant background. Photos are requested only through the secure assessment form when they are useful. This first message is an enquiry, not a booking.

2. Receive a coordinated response

A coordinator reviews the practical details, answers coordination questions and identifies a suitable verified partner option. You receive the provider identity and next steps before you are asked to confirm anything.

3. Speak with the provider

The partner clinic or qualified clinician reviews suitability, explains alternatives, limitations, risks, expected recovery and price. More information or an in-person examination may be required. You remain free to pause or decline.

4. Confirm the appointment and travel

After the provider completes its review, the date, clinic, clinician where applicable and agreed service details are confirmed in writing. Optional airport transfer or accommodation coordination is then aligned with the confirmed plan.

5. Attend and stay connected

The clinic completes its own consent and clinical checks before proceeding. After your visit, follow the clinic’s written instructions and use the agreed contact route for planned follow-up. Urgent concerns require prompt local medical help rather than waiting for a message reply.
