This policy applies from the date it is published on this page. It explains what cookies are, which categories this website may use, and how you can control them at any time.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, software development kits — work in comparable ways. In this policy the word “cookie” covers all of them.
Cookies can be session cookies, deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which stay for a defined period. They can be set by us (first-party) or by a supplier whose service is used on the page (third-party).
2. Categories
Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work: keeping your session, remembering your language, security and load balancing, and storing your cookie choice itself. These are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site and cannot be switched off, because without them the site cannot be delivered.
Analytics — used, where enabled, to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs, so that we can improve it. These are not necessary for the site to work and are used only with your consent.
Marketing and advertising — used, where enabled, to measure campaigns and to show relevant advertising. These are used only with your consent.
Preferences — used, where enabled, to remember choices you have made so you do not have to repeat them. Used only with your consent where they are not strictly necessary.
3. The cookies actually used on this site
No analytics tag and no advertising tag is used on this website today. What the site loads is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver it — keeping your session, remembering your language, and security.
If analytics, advertising or optional preference cookies are introduced, the inventory of each one — its name, whether it is first- or third-party, its purpose, its category, its lifetime and the supplier that sets it — will be published in this section before those cookies are used. We keep the inventory as part of the policy rather than describing our tools in general terms, because a cookie policy that does not match what the site actually loads is of no use to you.
4. Your consent
Non-essential cookies are not placed before you give consent. Because this website does not currently use non-essential cookies, no consent banner is shown to you.
If optional cookies are introduced, you will be asked first: you will be able to accept all, refuse all, or choose by category; refusing will be as easy as accepting; no category will be pre-selected; and you will be able to change or withdraw your choice at any time. We would then keep a record of the choice you made and its version, so that we can show which consent applied and when.
5. Third-party cookies
Where a third-party service is used, that supplier may set its own cookies and process the resulting data under its own privacy notice, potentially outside Türkiye. Any such supplier would be named in the inventory in section 3, and transfers abroad are explained in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Every modern browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its settings or privacy section, and offers a private browsing mode. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Deleting cookies also deletes any record of a choice you have made, so you would be asked again.
7. Legal basis
This policy is part of the information we give you under Article 10 of Turkish Law 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Union, under the GDPR and the e-Privacy rules. Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest; every other category relies on your consent. Cookie data is personal data, and the Privacy Policy applies to it in full.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the cookies used on the site change. The version published on this page is always the current one.
Cookies — quick answers
Can I use the site if I refuse all cookies?
Yes. Strictly necessary cookies keep working because the site cannot be delivered without them, and everything you need in order to read the site and send a request stays available.
How do I change my mind later?
This website does not currently use optional cookies, so there is no preference centre to change. You can see, block and delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. If optional cookies are introduced, you will be asked before they are used and you will be able to change your choice at any time.
Do cookies see my health information?
No. The health information you share reaches us through the request form, WhatsApp, e-mail or a call — not through cookies. Cookies concern how the website is used, and we do not use them to build a health profile.
Are cookies sent abroad?
Where a third-party service is used, the supplier may process the data outside Türkiye. Any such supplier is listed in the inventory in section 3, and the safeguards applied to transfers abroad are explained in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
